Our Mission Statement is to grow a community passionate for God and His purposes. Empowered leadership is a critical component of our community.

Christ Community Church is a congregationally governed church. Each year the congregation elects an Elder Board and a Deacon Board. The Elder Board serves the church as overseers, spiritual shepherds and leaders. It oversees all the ministries of worship, edification, and evangelism, and presides over the business meetings of the church. The Pastor is a standing member of the Elder Board. The Deacons assist the Elders by caring for the practical needs of the church. They execute the legal, administrative, and fiscal affairs of the church. They report to and are subject to the direction of the Elder Board. The various ministries of the church are headed by Ministry Team Leaders. The Ministry Teams, and their leaders, are appointed by the Deacons in consultation with the Elders.
